This is the possibility of renting the studio exclusively by prior arrangement. If you want to use the space for your own training sessions, competition preparations, organize a photo session, private show, conduct individual/group lessons, or host an event, please contact us.

OPEN POLE

This is your own training time; an opportunity to refine challenging figures, review material from classes, record a video, or take photos for Instagram. Sessions are not led by an instructor; during this time, you are your own coach. You can use the pole, aerial hoop, stretch, or dance exotic - it's up to you what you feel like doing!

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

This is a personalized 1:1 training (instructor:student) tailored to the student's expectations and schedule. If you prefer unconventional class times, an individualized learning approach customized to your needs, or dream of mastering a specific figure/trick, the instructor dedicates their full attention solely to you (unless you opt to share the training time and cost with a friend by choosing the 2:1 option).

STRETCHING

Stretching and strengthening classes focus on improving range of motion, muscle strength, and endurance, aiming to prepare the body for gymnastic figures like bridges and splits. All this is geared towards making flexible figures on the pole achievable and visually impressive.

AERIAL HOOP

General developmental classes on the aerial circus hoop suspended from the ceiling, combining gymnastics, acrobatics, and aerial dance. From the first sessions, you will learn how to safely mount and dismount the hoop, understand the proper technique for executing figures on the lower hoop, upper hoop, and within the hoop itself. The classes also include combining figures into combos and creating impressive choreographies from them.

EXOTIC POLE

Dance classes focusing on learning choreography on and around the pole, floorwork, and fluidity of movement. A more artistic form of Pole Dance, characterized by Pleaser-style shoes with a distinctive high platform. To embark on Exotic Pole, it's advisable to first master the Pole Dance program, starting at least from the Intro level.

POLE DANCE

These are acrobatic pole dance classes combining dance, gymnastics, acrobatics, and calisthenics. They're an excellent way to strengthen the body, improve physical fitness, flexibility, and mobility while having a great time. Pole Dance involves gradually mastering figures, transitions, and combos tailored to your level of advancement.

  • INTRO LEVEL- For those starting their Pole Dance journey with little to no experience or who have attended a few beginner classes and want to continue learning. You'll learn basic grips, spins, climbing, sitting on the pole, and initial combos. At this level, don't worry about "weak arms" or lack of flexibility. We work on muscle strengthening and conditioning together from session to session, preparing your body for further stages of advancement. Recommended for those training regularly for less than 3 months.
  • BASIC LEVEL - You train regularly, have mastered the material from the beginner group, and climbing is not an issue for you? It's time to combine previously learned figures into longer combos, create choreography, and work on smooth transitions. Here, you'll also start playing with your first inverted figures like invert, outside/inside leg hang, inverted straddle (V).
  • MEDIUM LEVEL - Inverted basics are just a warm-up for you? At this level, you'll learn more complex inverts and figures and combos requiring greater strength and flexibility. Mastering figures like butterfly, iguana, or brass monkey will lead us to the Shoulder Mount and the holy grail of all Pole Dancers, the Handspring.
  • ADVANCED LEVEL - Advanced level for pole freaks. If you could hang in a handspring "for hours," aerial V poses no problem, and classic figures bore you - it's time to raise the bar! Here you'll learn more advanced acrobatic tricks like flips or impressive dismounts. There will also be highly strength-intensive transitions and "shrimp" figures requiring splits or flexible backs.
